Join OGA Now.

Start with a short OGA application. You will receive an application number immediately, then complete membership details for review and ID issuance.

Membership ID Verification & Digital Member Card.

After submission, OGA will issue an application number. The same email address and phone number may not be used twice for membership registration. If OGA leadership has not completed manual review within 72 hours, the website/CRM automation should issue a Member(P) OGA Membership Card to keep membership easy and smooth. The record remains subject to later review, correction, suspension, or upgrade to Verified Member after ID/photo verification. Member(P) means Provisional and applies when an application is pending review, missing information, duplicate, fake, questionable, incomplete, or otherwise needs correction.

Name requirement: Enter your first, middle, and last names exactly as reflected on your government-issued ID.

Email & Phone Verification

For live deployment, OGA should verify email and phone while the visitor completes this form. The website should check format immediately, block duplicate email/phone records, and send a one-time code by email and SMS/WhatsApp before final submission.

Membership Card Required Details

All OGA membership cards should show issue date, expiration date, sex, date of birth, address, approximate height, and approximate weight. If any of these details cannot be reliably obtained from the submitted government ID, the applicant must provide them here.

Approximate height and weight are requested for identification accuracy. OGA may later correct these details after ID verification or member update.

For security, initial website capture requests only the last four digits. Full ID upload should be stored through a secure CRM/backend, not public browser code.

Take or Upload Membership ID Photo

OGA’s website must allow membership applicants to take a live passport-style picture for their member ID across ALL phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. Use a plain background, face the camera directly, and make sure your face is clearly visible. You may preview, retake, or upload a photo before submitting.

  1. Click Start Camera and allow camera permission.
  2. When your face appears in the live preview, click Capture Photo.
  3. Confirm the captured preview appears, then submit the form or click Retake Photo.

No photo captured yet. Start the camera or upload a photo backup.

Membership ID photo preview

Live implementation should crop/resize the image into a passport-style format, attach it to the applicant’s Application Number, route it to CRM, and save a secure backup copy. The upload option remains as a fallback if a device blocks camera permission.

72-Hour Membership Card Automation

If leadership review is not completed within 72 hours after submission, OGA’s automation should send the applicant a Member(P) OGA Membership Card by the selected delivery method. Each card should show the issue date, expiration date exactly 3 years after the issue date, sex, date of birth, address, approximate height, and approximate weight, subject to later verification or correction. The label Member(P) means Provisional.

Duplicate, Spam & Fraud Prevention

To protect OGA records, each membership application must use a unique email address and a unique phone number. If the same email or phone number has already been used, the system should stop the duplicate submission and direct the applicant to contact OGA support.

  • Use Press & Hold human verification before the form is accepted so robots cannot submit records silently.
  • Use email OTP verification before final submission.
  • Use phone/SMS or WhatsApp OTP where available.
  • Validate email format instantly and confirm deliverability through backend email verification before issuing a final card.
  • Validate telephone format based on country code and confirm ownership by SMS/WhatsApp OTP.
  • Match new records against existing email, phone, WhatsApp, government ID last four, photo, date of birth, and name.
  • Flag applications as Member(P) when information is outstanding, duplicate, fake, questionable, incomplete, or pending review.
  • Escalate duplicate, fake, questionable, ID mismatch, photo mismatch, or suspicious submissions for manual review.

Strict No-Ads Policy

OGA’s official website must not display, load, embed, rotate, or serve third-party advertisements in any shape or fashion. The website should not use ad networks, sponsored widgets, pop-up ads, banner ads, auto-play ad placements, or ad-tracking scripts.

Recommended Membership Flow.

The best user experience is a smooth intake flow: application number first, secure membership completion with ID/photo capture and required card details, then automated provisional card delivery after 72 hours if leadership review is still pending. Each membership card should show issue date, expiration date 3 years after issuance, sex, date of birth, address, approximate height, and approximate weight.

1. Application Number

Every visitor, supporter, volunteer, or applicant receives an immediate application number for tracking.

2. Secure Membership Completion

Applicant completes ID/photo requirements through a protected membership form or CRM portal.

3. CRM Record + Backup

Record is routed into CRM and an independent backup database/export queue at the same time.

4. 72-Hour Provisional Card

If leadership review is not completed within 72 hours, automation sends a Member(P) OGA Membership Card by email, text, or WhatsApp where enabled.

5. Verified Member Upgrade

After leadership/ID review, the CRM updates the applicant from Member(P) to Verified Member and can issue an updated card if needed. Member(P) remains available for incomplete, duplicate, fake, questionable, or pending records.

6. Card Details Printed

The issued card includes issue date, expiration date 3 years after issue date, sex, date of birth, address, approximate height, and approximate weight.

Automatic Membership Card Issuance.

To make membership easy and smooth, OGA should use a 72-hour automation rule: once a complete membership form is submitted, the applicant receives an application number immediately. If leadership review has not been completed within 72 hours, the system sends a Member(P) OGA Membership Card automatically.

Immediately

Application Number is issued and the record is saved to CRM and backup records.

Within 72 Hours

Leadership may review, approve, correct, reject, or flag the application.

After 72 Hours

If no review decision is recorded, automation sends the Member(P) Membership Card.

After Review

OGA can upgrade the record to Verified Member or take corrective action if ID/photo issues are later discovered.

Recommended card label: “Member(P) — Provisional / Pending Final Verification.” The card should still show the applicant’s issue date, 3-year expiration date, sex, date of birth, address, approximate height, and approximate weight so the record is useful immediately while OGA preserves the right to correct or verify details later.

Spam, Fraud & Valid Contact Protection.

OGA forms should use a layered protection system: Press & Hold human verification, email format checks, disposable-email blocking, duplicate email blocking, duplicate phone blocking, and live OTP verification where available.

Free or low-cost OTP options may exist, but the downside is usually limited monthly volume, country restrictions, delivery delays, vendor branding, technical setup, privacy review, and possible charges once OGA grows. For serious membership growth, OGA should start with email verification and human checks, then add SMS/WhatsApp OTP for higher-risk membership, leadership, and representative applications.

Email should be checked while the visitor completes the form by confirming proper format, blocking obvious fake or temporary domains, checking whether the email already exists in OGA records, and using backend domain/MX or email-verification checks before final approval. Phone numbers should be checked by country code, number length, duplicate search, and SMS/WhatsApp OTP where available.

No ads are allowed on the OGA website in any shape or fashion. Do not add banner ads, pop-up ads, sponsored widgets, ad networks, or ad-tracking scripts.
